Since I have experienced broken bones myself, I know the fear that osteoporosis can cause in one's daily life.
Because of this experience, I want everyone to care for their health so that they can enjoy every day with a smile on their face.
Based on this idea, I devised 5 conditions for keeping our bones healthy. Please follow these steps to keep healthy everyday!

From the day we are born until the day we die, the organs of our bodies (skin, bones, hair, finger and toe nails, blood, etc.) are refreshed everyday as the metabolic cycle repeats. Also, babies grow inside their mothers womb by sharing the nutrition that their mothers take in. The source of this nutrition is the food we eat every day. The key to a long and healthy life is a nutritionally balanced diet.

Castella Dumplings
- Eggs, a main ingredient of castella, are an excellent source of protein with an amino acid score of 100, and are therefore often called the perfect nutrional food. Crushed calcium black beans are added for more calcium. The moist batter is easily shaped into round dumplings, so no heating is required. Great for taking in calcium even during snack time.
Dried Squid Dressed in Mayonnaise
- Squid is a healthy low-fat ingredient high in proteins. Since dried squid has little moisture content, the nutrients are packed in densely. Firmly chewing hard food works the jaw and teeth, promotes the senstation of a full stomach, and improves digestion. The addition of finely crushed calcium black beans (green tea flavor) increases calcium intake even for people dislike hard foods.
